We provide work-based, flexible learning solutions for employed people.
You can be employed on either a full-time or part- time basis. Metropole Learning has a demonstrable record of working with SME, micro and voluntary and community organisations to deliver a wide range of services to support business and staff development. During the last year we have actively worked with over 500 organisations, supporting their staff with a range of learning aims. Last year, 89% of learners accessing the workforce development provision achieved their qualifications.
We have a range of free learning packages to offer employers including but not limited to:
- Training Needs Analysis;
- Recruitment Support Services;
- ESOL, Literacy and Numeracy qualifications delivered in the workplace or in one of our learning centres depending on the needs of your business;
- IT and Business Administration qualifications at Level 1 and Level 2 delivered in the workplace or in one of our learning centres depending on the needs of your business; and,
- Mentoring, support and IAG services for learners and their line managers accessing programmes.
