Metropole Learning staff is as diverse as the community we engage with.
Coming from over 35 countries we speak in excess of 60 different languages; not including English! We actively recruit from our local communities and 16 members of staff joined as learners and are now in full time employment. This includes the Technical Support Manager, Senior Administrator, Exams Registrar and several Teachers.
All our staff is fully qualified to industry standards and we have a comprehensive learning and development plan which enables all staff to access continuous professional development (CPD).
The Senior Team supports the overall strategic and operational development of the business. They are supported by a team of Project Managers and Skills for Life Managers who have an excellent depth of knowledge and experience to deliver the programmes and services.
Of course the lynch pin for our organisation are the incredibly hardworking and dedicated delivery staff who work every day helping our learners tackle some incredibly difficult barriers to learning and employment. Their commitment to quality and continuous improvement enables us to ensure ongoing development using best practice as our norm.
